Board of Asya Infosoft approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 11 January 2018

The Board of Asya Infosoft at its meeting held on 11 January 2018 has approved the resignation of Dimple Pandya and Ashok Kumar Patel as Directors of the company with effect from 02 January 2018. The Board has appointed Hemal Shah as Woman cum Non Executive Director of the company with immediate effect.
