Board of Atlas Cycles (Haryana) resolves to sell non-core assets up to Rs 150 cr

At meeting held on 19 July 2019

The Board of Atlas Cycles (Haryana) at its meeting held on 19 July 2019 has resolved to sell/transfer or dispose of the Non-Core and Non-Productive assets of the company ('Undertaking') upto Rs. 150 crore.

The proceeds realized therefrom shall be utilized for payment of operational/ financial creditors as mandated in the order dated 02 July 2019 passed by the Hon'ble NCLAT.
