Board of Balkrishna Industries recommends special dividend

Balkrishna Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 March 2016, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity Share (i.e. 125%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
