Board of Ballarpur Industries recommends dividend

Ballarpur Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 August 2014, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend of 10% on the equity shares of the Company i.e. Re. 0.20 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each.
