At meeting held on 31 July 2015
Balmer Lawrie & Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2015, has decided the following:1. Prabal Basu, Director (Finance) shall assume the office of Chairman & Managing Director w.e.f. 01 August 2015 in place of Virendra Sinha, who shall be superannuating from services of the Company on 31 July 2015.;
2. K. Swaminathan, Chief Operating Officer (Logistics Infrastructure) shall assume the office of Director (Service Businesses) w.e.f. 01 August 2015, in place of Niraj Gupta, who shall be superannuating from services of the Company on 31 July 2015.
