Bhilwara Tex-Fin announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 March 2015, has appointed Seema Kumari as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Women Director of the Company, not being liable to retire by rotation.Further Vadake Chundayil Sreenivasan, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. 30 March 201,5 due to his other preoccupations. Consequent to the change in the Board of Directors, various committees of Board has been reconstituted at the board meeting held on 30 March 2015.
