Board of Birla Tyres approves addition to senior management team

At meeting held on 31 December 2020

The Board of Birla Tyres at its meeting held on 31 December 2020 has appointed Abhijit Ghosh and Anil Goenka as Additional Directors of the company. The Board has appointed Anant Gupta as the Chief Financial Officer. The Board also appointed Saurabh Mantri as the Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer of the company.
