Board of Brigade Enterprises appoints director

Brigade Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 January 2015, inter-alia, took the following decisions:

Inducted Bijou Kurien as Independent Director of the Company. Bijou Kurien has also been inducted as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Compensation Committee of the Company.
