Board of Centrum Capital approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 06 July 2015

Centrum Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 July 2015, inter alia, has :

1. Appointed Subhash Gundappa Kutte, as an Additional Director in the capacity of an Independent Director to hold office for a term of five consecutive years from 06 July 2015 upto 05 July 2020, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting;

2. Accepted the resignation of P.R.Kalyanaraman, Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 06 July 2015.

3. Appointed Sanjiv Bhasin, as an Additional Director in the capacity of a Managing Director & CEO, for a term of three years from 06 July 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and approval from other regulatory authorities.
