Chambal Breweries & Distilleries announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 25 January 2017 inter alia to transact the following businesses:-1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31 December 2016:
2. To take on record the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on 31 December 2016;
3. To take note of Statements pertaining to Grievance Redressal pursuant to Regulation 13 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
