Board of Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals recommends dividend

Of Rs 1.90 per share

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.90 per equity share of Rs 10 each of the Company.

The dividend shall be paid within the prescribed time after the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
