Chhattisgarh Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015 have approved the following -

Appointment of Gaytri Devi Goyal as Director with effect from 31 March 2015.

Resignation of Keshv Goyal has been accepted with effect from 31 March 2015.

Approved the shifting of Corporate Office.
