Board of Cinerad Communications accepts resignation of CFO

At meeting held on 05 November 2015

Cinerad Communications announced that Harshwant Joshi, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned and the Board in its Board Meeting held on 05 November 2015, inter-alia, has accepted his resignation with effect from 11 November 2015.

The Board placed on record the invaluable services rendered by Harshwant Joshi during his tenure as CFO. The Board is looking for a suitable successor in his place and the same shall be intimated to the exchange when appointed.
