Cityon Systems (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 January 2015, has taken on record resignation tendered by Man Mohan Singh from the post of Managing Director of the Company and resignation tendered by Rahul Mehta from the post of Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
