Board of Cospower Engg. recommends final dividend

Cospower Engg. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 August 2020, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs.1.20 per equity share (i.e.12%), per equity share (i.e.50%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
