Board of CSB Bank approves early retirement of C. VR. Rajendran MD & CEO

At meeting held on 08 January 2022

The Board of CSB Bank at its meeting held on 08 January 2022 accepted the request of C. VR. Rajendran, Managing Director & CEO, to take an early retirement from the position, to take care of his health under the advice of his physicians and further requested Rajendran to continue in the office of the Managing Director & CEO till 31 March 2022. C. VR. Rajendran has been holding the position of Managing Director & CEO since 09 December 2016 and the current term is up to 08 December 2022.
