Board of DCB Bank approves appointment of director

With effect from 22 January 2015

DCB Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank in its meeting held on 13 January 2015 had appointed Rupa Devi Singh as Additional Director effective from the next Board Meeting.

Accordingly, Rupa Devi Singh has joined the Board of Directors of the Bank from 22 January 2015.
