The Board of Dhanvarsha Finvest at its meeting held on 28 September 2018 has inter-alia, approved the appointment of Manjari Ashok Kacker as Additional Director in the capacity of an Independent Director for a period of 5 years with effect from 28 September 2018, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
