The Board of Dhoot Industrial Finance at its meeting held on 23 November 2017 has approved the following -Allotment of 2.84 lakh equity shares on preferential basis to Promoter shareholder.
Allotment of 6.14 lakh convertible warrants on preferential basis to Promoter shareholders.
Increase Authorised Share Capital by Rs 40 lakh and consequent amendment in Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.
Approved to hold EGM on 22 December 2017.
