Board of Dynamic Microsteppers approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 18 April 2015

Dynamic Microsteppers announced that that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 April 2015, have approved and taken note of the following business:

1. Resignation of Harshad Shah, Chairman and director of the Company with effect from 15 April 2015, consequent upon which Ashwin Shah has been elected as the Chairman of the Company.

2. Resignation of Vrushabh Patil, Director of the Company with effect from 15 April 2015.

3. Appointment of Chetas Shah as an Additional Director of the Company with immediate effect, i.e. from 18 April 2015 till the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.

4. Re-constituted all the Committees consequent upon the resignation of Vrushabh Patil.
