At meeting held on 31 March 2015

Emed.com Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015, has passed the following resolutions:

1. The Board has appointed Parth Dineshbhai Kanabaras Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

2. The Board has appointed Practising Company Secretary as secretarial auditor of the company for the financial year 2014-15.
