Emmsons International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 September 2014, inter alia, has considered / approved the following business:- Acceptance of Resignation of CS Vinay Gujral from the office of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from the end of Business Hours at 17 September 2014 and appointment of CS Amit Shekhar as Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 18 September 2014.
