Empee Distilleries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 November 2016, inter alia, transacted the following :- K. Murali, Company Secretary and compliance officer has resigned from the service of the Company and the Board relieved him from the position of Company Secretary and compliance officer w.e.f. 12 November 2016.
