Board of Empee Distilleries decides to withdraw scheme of amalgamation

Empee Distilleries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 October 2014, inter alia, decided to withdraw the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with Empee Sugars and Chemicals Ltd, pending before the Hon'ble High Court, Andhra Pradesh.
