Envair Electrodyne announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 07 July 2018 has approved the issue of warrants to the promoter and promoter group and to non promoter investors upto a maximum of Rs 6 crore by way of a preferential allotment on preferential basis. The Board has accepted resignation of Shripad Mirashi as Managing Director and Meena Joglekar as Company Secretary.
