Excel Crop Care announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 July 2015, has appointed Hrishit A. Shroff, a relative to Ashwin C Shroff, Chairman & Director of the Company, as the Company's Executive Director with effect from 01 August 2015.The term of Ninad D. Gupte as the Company's Joint Managing Director expires on 31 July 2015 and he will be ceased to be a Director on the Board thereafter.
