Board of Fairdeal Filaments approves scheme of merger

At meeting held on 14 July 2018

The Board of Fairdeal Filaments has given in principle approval to the merger between Shahlon Silk Industries and the Company by way of Scheme of Merger by Absorption under Section 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules and regulations made thereunder ("Scheme") in accordance with the Scheme to be drafted and subject to the approval of the draft Scheme by the Board.
