Five X Finance & Investment announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 February 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. Approved appointment of Vinod Prabhu as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company pursuant to section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. Approved resignation of Tanu Giriraj Agarwal from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
3. Execution of Listing Agreement with BSE Limited as per LODR Regulations, 2015 and authorizing Tanu Agarwal, Director of the company to sign and execute the said agreement.
