Board of Fortis Healthcare to consider various proposals for investment proposals

The Board of Directors of Fortis Healthcare had received an unsolicited non-binding expression of interest from IHH Healthcare Berhad (IHH) for possible due diligence and participation with the Company.

On 18 April 2018, the company received a supplemental proposal from IHH.

The Board of the company is scheduled to meet on 19 April 2018 to consider all options.
