Sahyog Multibase announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Principle Bench New Delhi vide its order dated 13 April 2018 has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Athena Multitrade (Transferor Company) and Sahyog Multibase (Transferee Company), which was received by us on 17 April, 2018.The scheme with appointed date of 1 April, 2016 will be effective upon filing the certified true copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
