The Board of Future Supply Chain Solutions approved the appointment of P V Sheshadri as CEO of the company. The Board also approved scheme of arrangement amongst Vulcun Express (VEL) and Future Supply Chain Solutions (FSC). The Scheme, inter alia, provides for the demerger of Fulfilment Business and Last Mile Delivery Business Undertakings (as defined in the Scheme) of VEPL into the Company.
