The Board of Gagan Polycot India at its meeting held on 11 January 2020 has approved the resignation of Tejal Shah (DIN: 06532797) from the post of Non - Executive Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect. The Board has appointed Shailesh Muknak (DIN: 08480694) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.
