Board of Galada Finance approves change in company secretary

At meeting held on 16 April 2018

The Board of Galada Finance at its meeting held on 16 April 2018 has approved the appointment of Priyanka Tater as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 01 April 2018 and accept the resignation of Alpa Jain as Company Secretary with effect from 03 February 2018.
