Ganesha Ecosphere announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 February 2015, has made the Allotment of 10,15,000 Equity Shares of the Company to the 'Promoter's Group and Others', consequent upon the exercise of conversion option attached to 10,15,000 Warrants earlier allotted to them on preferential basis on 07 March 2014, in terms of Stock Exchange in-principle approval letter dated 03 March 2014.With the aforesaid allotment, the total Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has been enhanced from Rs. 15,18,60,000/- to Rs. 16,20,10,000/- divided into 1,62,01,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
