Board of Gangotri Textiles does not recommend dividend

At meeting held on 28 May 2015

Gangotri Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2015, inter alia, in view of the loss incurred by the Company, have not recommended dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2015.
