Board of Gati approves disposal of subsidiary - Gati Kausar

At meeting held on 25 May 2021

The Board of Gati at its meeting held on 25 May 2021 has approved the disposal of subsidiary - Gati Kausar by way of entering into Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) among the Contracting Parties i.e. (i) Company as a Promoter, (ii) Mandala Capital AG as an Investor, and (iii) Gati Kausar India as a Company.
