Board of Gujarat Craft Industries appoints director

With effect from 31 March 2015

Gujarat Craft Industries announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Swati Sushilkumar Gupta as Woman Director of the Company w.e.f. 31 March 2015.

Further, the Company also informed that one of the Directors viz. Binod Kumar Chhajer ceased to be Director w.e.f. 31 March 2015.
