Board of Gujarat Foils approves change in company secretary

At meeting held on 14 July 2016

Gujarat Foils announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 July 2016, inter alia, has approved the following business:

1. Dipesh U. Gosar has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 14 July 2016.

2. The Company has appointed Rahul Singh as Company Secretary on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 14 July 2016 and designated him as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

3. The Board of Directors has approved to increase in remuneration of Prasenjit Datta in the Meeting.
