The Board of Gujarat Natural Resources at its meeting held on 30 December 2020 has allotted on preferential basis 1,05,00,000 convertible Warrants at an issue price of Rs. 12/- per warrant in terms of the special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 19 December 2020.
