The board of Gulshan Polyols at its meeting held on 13 November 2018 has approved the following -Resignation of Nisha Goel from the post of Company Secretary with effect from 30 November, 2018.
Appointment of Vijay Kumar Garg as a Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f 1 December, 2018.
