The Board of Happiest Minds Technologies at its meeting held on 04 November 2020 has approved the appointment of Joseph Anantharaju as Executive Vice Chairman and Venkatraman Narayanan as Managing Director & CFO.The Board has accepted the resignation of Avneet Singh Kochar, Non-Executive Director with effect from closing hours of 04 November 2020.
