Board of Hester Biosciences approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 24 July 2014

Hester Biosciences announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 July 2014, inter alia, has resigned Darayus Lakdawalla from the Board and Grishma Nanavaty has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company. The Board has reconstituted various Committees due to above change in Board Members.
