Hil announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2015, has considered and approved the resignation of P. Rajesh Kumar Jain, Company Secretary & DGM (Compliance) with effect from 18 August 2015.Till the appointment of Company Secretary in place of P. Rajesh Kumar Jain, KR. Veerappan, Chief Financial Officer is designated as the Compliance Officer w.e.f. 19 August 2015.
