Board of Hil accepts resignation of director

At meeting held on 14 September 2016

Hil announced that during the Board meeting held on 14 September 2016, Prashant Vishnu Vatkar, Managing Director, has tendered his resignation from the office of Managing Director and Director of the Company.

The above item was taken up as other item with the permission of the Chairman and the Board has accepted the same and Prashant Vishnu Vatkar would be relived from the duties of Managing Director and Director w.e.f. 20 September 2016 (End of Business hours).
