Board of Hindustan Construction Company appoints company secretary and compliance officer

At meeting held on 30 July 2015

Hindustan Construction Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2015, has appointed Sangameshwar Iyer as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 31 July 2015 in place of Vithal P. Kulkarni who would be retiring from the services of the Company.
