Board of Hindustan Copper to consider fund raising via QIP issue and debt securities issue

The Board of Hindustan Copper will consider on 25 June 2021 fund raising by issue of equity shares through QIP to the extent of 10.48% (15% Less 4.52% already raised) of existing paid up equity capital of the Company in one or more trenches for funding the capex plans (ii) to issue and allot secured or unsecured non-convertible debentures or bonds on private placement basis.
