Board of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation recommends final dividend

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2016, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 16 per equity Share (i.e. 160%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
