Hotel Leela Venture announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 November 2014 approved on the following -Transfer of the entire investment/ shareholding of the Company in Leela Realty at a net worth value of Rs 8.58 lakh to promoters/ affiliates / related parties.
Transfer of Leela Palaces and Resorts for an enterprise value of Rs 90 crore to a prospective buyer.
