The Board of IIFL Wealth Management at its meeting held on 22 January 2020 has approved Pankaj Vaish (DIN: 00367424) as an Additional Director and Independent Director of the Company. The Board also appointed Gopalkrishnan Soundarajan (DIN: 05242795) as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 22 January 2020.
