Indus Fila announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2016, inter alia, have considered and approved the followings :1. Accepted the resignation of Savita Nitin Mandana, Director with immediate effect.
2. Accepted the resignation of Gerhard Bornemann, Chairman with immediate effect.
